Seeking intelligent, competent, and outgoing team player to fill a position in our Winchester office. Responsible for identify, assess and close land opportunities. Candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. Must have 3 to 4 years successful sales or entrepreneurial experience as well as a real estate license. Engineering or construction background a plus.
- New Homes Specialists
Sales positions available for real estate agents who want to work with buyers only. Assist and negotiate in all aspects of a new home purchase. Must possess knowledge of the building industry, marketing background, strong sales skills and a genuine desire to succeed. Must have real estate license and at least 3 years sales experience.
