- Land Specialists
Seeking intelligent, competent, and outgoing team player to fill a position in our Winchester office. Responsible for identify, assess and close land opportunities. Candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. Must have 3 to 4 years successful sales or entrepreneurial experience as well as a real estate license. Engineering or construction background a plus.
- New Homes Specialists
Sales positions available for real estate agents who want to work with buyers only. Assist and negotiate in all aspects of a new home purchase. Must possess knowledge of the building industry, marketing background, strong sales skills and a genuine desire to succeed. Must have real estate license and at least 3 years sales experience.
- Transaction Coordinators
Assist the agents with various aspects of the real estate transactions such as communications between clients and agents throughout the process. Maintain files and paperwork, coordinate documentation, follow-ups and order inspections as needed. Must be detail oriented and organized. Real estate background is a plus but not required.
- Listing Coordinators
Provide office support in residential office. Responsible for answering the phones, greeting public and administrative support to agents. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have computer experience. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
