Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, headquartered in Winchester, Va., and Kesecker Realty, Inc., based in Berkeley Springs, W.V., are pleased to announce their merger to form Coldwell Banker Premier Homes in Berkeley Springs. The new company, which will remain at Kesecker Realty's current location at 1515 Valley Road, is the only real estate company that stretches its franchise network from Virginia into West Virginia. Together, Premier Properties and Kesecker Realty boast more than 100 employees.

The merger of the two firms into Coldwell Banker Premier Homes in Berkeley Springs was finalized July 1, 2002. Other Coldwell Banker Premier Properties locations - in Winchester and Front Royal, Va., and in Martinsburg, W.V. -- will continue to operate as Premier Properties.
