At the recent 2003 Volume Awards Banquet hosted by the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors, eight realtors from Coldwell Banker Premier Properties took home awards. All of the realtors honored at the event boasted at least $2.4 million in sales for 2002.

Earning the President’s Award, representing the area’s top 5 percent in sales volume for 2002, were Ed Crumpacker and Deborah Matthews, both from Coldwell Banker Premier Properties’ Winchester office. Earning the Director’s Award, representing the top 10 percent in sales volume for 2002, was Traci Shoberg, also from the Winchester office. And joining the Chairman’s Club, which represents all realtors who sold more than $2.4 million in property in 2002, were Randy Gaston, from the Winchester office; Debbi Garrett, Sue Kinyon, and Monica Washington, from the Front Royal office; and Jennifer Post, from the Woodstock office.
